We watched the stars after a long day of hiking and making smores. I remember the cold wet grass and how it tickled my skin. Your house was dimly lit, leaving us with a small lantern to the side and a blanket beneath us. We laid there quietly where it was just the stars, you, and I. The dark trees in the shadows from where the moon was too shy to shine on. The world was ours that night.
